Package shipping

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment, except weekends and holidays, via MRW or NACEX, with tracking number and signed delivery. If you prefer certified shipping using MRW or NACEX Extra, an additional charge will apply. Contact us before requesting this option. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with an issue number or link so you can track your order.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs and transport damage insurance. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply to each individually.


Returns are accepted as long as the product is defective or has a malfunction. If the product has been handled improperly, the return will not be accepted.

Return time: The deadline to make or notify a return is 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Return costs: Once the products have been received and reviewed, the corresponding amount will be credited to your account applying the General Conditions of Sale, Supply and Payment. The costs of packing and shipping costs to our warehouse are assumed by the Client.

Cancellation of orders

If you have placed an order, even if you have made the payment, and you want to make a cancellation, don't worry, you can request an order cancellation with the corresponding refund, within 2 hours of accepting the order. We will accept cancellations as long as the package has not been issued to its destination.
